If you know of a better editor for their format, please let me know. As far as I can tell, this is one of the messiest save files I have had to work with that is not encrypted. They have tossed everything and the kitchen sink into this save file. You can even find NPC inventories in this file. It is too much imo, and I don't see why to do it.
